Guarantee Policy

• All reservations must be initially guaranteed by credit card information (name, number and expiration)
• Major international credit cards are accepted.
• No Show Fee is equivalent to One (1) Room Night.
• Cancellations should be done strictly 72 hours before the arrival of the guest(s), otherwise a cancellation fee of One (1) Room Night shall be charged.
• Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
• Children below 12 years old are free of charge if sharing the same room/bed with an adult unless specified.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Please verify peso-dollar exchange rate with the front desk officer.
• All payments must be settled upon check-in/out at the hotel unless specified.
• Rates are inclusive of service charge and government tax unless specified.
